If you need account help or have a question that’s best answered privately, send us a support message through your WordPress or Freemius dashboards.
Through WordPress
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to the sidebar tab, “Appearance”.
- Select “Creator Settings” child page.
- Then “Contact Us” under that.
- Choose “Technical Support”.
- Fill out the summary, description, and relevant page details (optionally: WordPress and FTP logins).
Through Freemius
- Log in to the Freemius dashboard.
- Choose “Support” from the sidebar.
- Use the “Select product…” dropdown.
- Select the subject “Technical Issue.”
- Choose your sub-issue & website.
- Write your relevant details (e.g. summary, description, WordPress & FTP logins).
Either option works exactly the same: we’ll get your message by email and reply as soon as we can.

Can’t use one of the above options? Use this form. Note that we’ll have less information about your website, though, so it may be more difficult for us to provide a quick solution!
