Set Up Global Styles
Global Styles in Creator Theme allow you to define the overall look and feel of your website, ensuring consistency across all pages and posts.
Steps:
- Access Global Styles:
- Navigate to Appearance > Editor in your WordPress dashboard.
- On the right-hand side, you’ll see the “Styles” icon (a half-filled circle). Click on it to open the Global Styles panel.
- Customize Colors:
- Primary Colors: Adjust the primary colors used throughout your site, such as for links, buttons, and backgrounds.
- Secondary Colors: Set colors for less prominent elements.
- Background Color: Choose a color for the site’s background, ensuring it complements your primary and secondary colors.
- Typography Settings:
- Font Family: Select the font family for headings and body text. The Creator Theme may come with pre-selected fonts, but you can customize these to match your brand.
- Font Size: Adjust the base font size and line height for readability. Make sure text sizes scale well across different devices.
- Font Color: Ensure that your font color contrasts well with your background for optimal readability.
- Spacing Adjustments:
- Set the default spacing (margins and padding) between different elements like paragraphs, images, and sections. This ensures a clean, well-organized layout.
- Preview and Save:
- After making changes, use the preview feature to see how the styles affect your site. Once satisfied, click Save to apply the global styles site-wide.
